Shilpi and I fell in love with this place the minute we first walked in. We snatched up the place right away because the previous owner threatened to do an open house.

• AMAZING Kitchen – if you like to cook this is the kitchen for you. Lots of counter top space, state of the art Kenmore dishwasher. Enough cabinet space to store months worth of food.
  
  
• Kenmore DISHWASHER – I can’t emphasis this enough, having a dishwater in the city is RARE to say the least. AND YES, it cleans ALL the particles of food of your plates, pots and pans. It’s an AMAZING dishwasher – check consumer reports if you don’t believe me.
• Heating and Hot Water Include: Oh … I forget to tell you, heating and hot water is included. All you pay is the gas for the stove and water which is VERY cheap.
• Ceiling Fans in EVERY Room, Even the Kitchen: In the interest of full disclosure I’m sorry to say we have no air conditioning. But you know what? It doesn’t matter because this place has ceiling fans in EVERY rooms. You’ll stay cool and comfortable even on sweltering hot summer days.

What’s the condition of this apartment? Well, you’ve seen the pictures, but you can’t see $10k+ we’ve spend renovating the place:

• Take a look at the picture of the bathroom below, we invested $7,645.00 re-tiling the shower.
  
  
• We’ve invested over $1000 adding a second circuit breaker.
• We’ve invested over $1500 repainting the place including the outdoor patio, it’s perfect for a barbeque...shh... don't tell anyone technically you’re not allowed to do that ;)
