This is the outside entrance; you get free resident parking on the street. And don’t worry you will ALWAYS find a space, it’s reserved for residents ONLY.
This is the kitchen, isn’t it beautiful? Yes that at the end is a Kenmore dishwasher and a Kenmore stovetop right next to it. Shilpi and I have enjoyed many amazing meals in here!
Here’s the bathroom. We replaced the window and redid the tiles in the shower. Plus we added shelves (you can see a little bit on of them on the upper right of the photo) so you have lots of room for toiletries.
Here’s the bigger bedroom. You’ll notice the shades we paid a pretty penny for those. There’s actually 4 shades so you can block out ALL the light at night and get a wonderful night’s sleep! Also we added the ceiling fan as well to keep you cool in the summer.
This is the second (smaller) bedroom. We added a second circuit breaker in here so it’s perfect to turn into an office or study. It used to be my office, I absolutely loved working in there! 
Here a view of the main living area. Lots of room for a big sofa and an entertainment system. The hallway leads to the front entrance and the kitchen.
Here’s an opposite view of the main living area from the hallway. Notice the DECK! You can barbeque on there. Shh…don’t tell anyone, technically you’re not allowed to barbeque, but EVERYONE does it!
